EZ2C Foundation is a non profit service providing information, low vision aids and tools consultation along with low tech and computer training. We teach persons adjusting to life with vision loss daily living skills and alternative reading techniques.

Did you know we work with each effected person along with a family member or friend individually?
Our private appointments which are usually a one hour visit evaluate the needs, interest and skill level of each client. We take the time to demonstrate the challenges of this vision loss and simulate the vision experienced by the effected person to educate family member or friend.

Did you know that medical insurance currently does not cover this service?
We do not charge a service fee rather rely on charitable contributions to continue our work with persons experiencing vision loss. Our clients can contribute what they can afford or write a letter of support for inclusion in fund raising efforts.

Did you know that 70% of all new cases of permanent vision loss are found in older adults age 65 and older?
We can help older persons reclaim their independence with new skills and appropriate aids.

Did you know that computer use does not have to end when vision is loss?
We can teach assistive software that makes using a computer a routine activity of working and daily life.

Did you know that books on tape or recorded books started out assisting the blind, but now are used by thousands of persons with normal vision? We teach persons how to enjoy books again through listening in all the current methods, tape, CD’s and digital formats. Persons with permanent vision loss can subscribe to talking books services with no charge from national service organizations; we can help get them started in the process.

Did you know that many patients only hear the diagnosis and prognosis from their trusted eye care specialists and feel their life is over?
